In addition to all the "regular" EOS features, EnergyManager has a number of other related and useful modules and features.

EnergyManager has been developed in Norway over the last seven years. When we developed the software, we had a strong focus on making it adaptable to different types of businesses and scalable from the smallest to the largest. The system is divided into 12 different optional modules / focus areas

Data
Insight
Action

Data capture

Energy Manager communicates with the vast majority of technologies for data collection and distribution. In the development, great emphasis has been placed on flexibility and being able to use different services, cloud solutions, different file formats and APIs. We also have our own multi gateway, and can retrieve data via 4G without coming into conflict with firewalls.

Elhub

From our Self Service module, we or the customer can run queries directly to Elhub, and retrieve all meters connected to an ogr.nr. seamless and relatively simple. This requires no physical installations in the buildings and handles all electricity meters from all companies.

Communication solutions

We communicate with all APIs, cloud solutions, SD systems, various file formats, 4G gateaways. Internally in the buildings / facilities, we also have good solutions that communicate with Modbus. M bus, Bacnet, Pulse outputs, Lorawan and more solutions. Wireless or wired solutions.

Current data (Examples)

Energy Manager uses different data for different needs / purposes. Some can be mentioned here Energy data from various energy carriers (Electricity, waterborne, solar, wind, district heating, gas, etc.) Indoor climate data / Temp, Co2, Humidity, light Water consumption Emission measurements mm

Data insight

By having access to data, you get insight that can be used for several purposes in Energy Manager. Including finding potentials, detecting deviations, receiving alarms, documenting results, motivating employees, documenting indoor climate etc.

Effect/Peak

Power extraction is gaining more and more focus and is costing more and more in the form of the power cloth in tariffs for power transmission. Energy Manager has therefore created a separate power module that provides insight into power development, power profiles etc. This is a tool for reducing power costs and documenting the results of power measures.

Energy (EOS)

Our EOS module has been developed based on long experience with energy management and the use of various systems, but not least we have added many useful features we have not found in other systems. In short, this is used for the following purposes: Find potentials, detect discrepancies, analyze causes and document results.

Indoor climate

Energy Manager contains a separate module for logging and visualization of indoor climate. It can be air quality, temp, CO2, radon, humidity etc. By logging this, you can document and set up auto alarms in the event of deviations. Everything that can be logged can be visualized and logged. Also more special needs such as process data, water quality, etc., No restrictions as long as it is measurable

Water consumption

Energy Manager has also facilitated measurement and monitoring / alerting of water consumption. Small leaks can lead to large costs that are not detected. Water is about the environment, scarcity and has a cost in line with energy.

Waste

By establishing communication with various waste companies, we in Energy Manager can offer a good overview of waste disposal etc. This module is under development and can be easily adapted to the customer's needs.

Alarm module

In the system, it is possible to administer when the system is to notify of deviations. It can be energy consumption, water consumption, power peaks, indoor climate parameters, process parameters, etc. The user can manage this and set conditions, who will get the alarm etc. All alarms are logged automatically and you can assign tasks related to alarms / deviations etc.

Measures & Actions

Energy Manager is more than data capture and visualization. The system also has modules to keep track of tasks, measures, closing deviations etc. These are important aspects to take care of. Some choose to use existing systems for this, others choose to use Energy Manager for this. We also offer APIs for other FDV systems etc. In the case of ISO certification etc., it is a great advantage to gather all energy work, in our experience.

Tasks can be assigned internally in the organization, or it can be assigned to external partners such as electricians, service partners, operational services etc.

Tasks and measures

Daily tasks, Ad Hoc tasks, repetitive tasks etc.

Projects

In the project module you can keep track of projects, subprojects etc. Including assigning roles and responsibilities, setting deadlines etc. This is a simple module when compared to full-fledged project tools.

Energy deviations / other deviations

Energy deviations / other deviations

The year wheel

During a year, there are various holidays, vacations, season changes etc. We have therefore created an annual cycle where you can keep track of what you do where, to reduce consumption during these periods. It is useful to put this in structure and make oneself less dependent on people in the event of a job change, illness etc.

Scalable

Regardless of company size

EnergyManager is intended for both large and small businesses. You can decide for yourself how many levels, groups and themes you want in the system and easily navigate to the information you are interested in. For example, country, region, building type, building, system type and roof.

Generic

Built to suit all types of businesses

The system can be used in all industries because you can easily change themes and naming. ISO 50001 is generic and the system is built according to this standard.

Energy Manager users

EnergyManager is an interaction platform within energy and the environment, where you should be able to interact across organization and position.

ISO 50001

ISO certification

ISO 50001 is a standardization of energy management system. ISO 50001 follows the plan-do-check-act (PDCA) cycle for continuous improvement. This is a methodology that has been implemented in several ISO standards, and an ISO 50001 will be recognizable to organizations that are certified within ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, and others.

EnergyManager maintains ISO 50001 through several modules, including with traceability and user control on measures and tasks. Energy Manager AS can also assist companies that want to look more closely at a certification.

Kr Sand Municipality is the first building owner in Norway to be certified on the EnergyManager platform

Background

By energy leaders, for energy leaders

EnergyManager is developed by energy managers. After many years as an energy consultant and energy manager, Rune Rosseland got the idea that there was a lack of an accessible and comprehensive software tool for executive energy and environmental management. What existed were only relatively simple systems for monitoring energy consumption (so-called EOS systems).

EnergyManager has been developed over seven years in collaboration with customers and the policy instruments
